ORDERED 3 THINGS, THE MUG CAME BROKEN WHICH THEY DID SEND OUT A NEW ONE BUT WHEN I PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER THE WRITTING CAME OFF WHAT A GOOD COMPANY HARDLY EVER LEAVE REVIEWS AND WASNT EXPECTING ANYTHING BUT TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO FIND A BETTER MUG, AND THEY ARE. THEY TOOK DOWN THAT MUG AND ARE GETTING A BETTER ONE TO REPLACE AND THEY SENT ME A $50 GIFT CARD. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PROMPT ATTENTION AND COURTESY FROM KEVIN!!!

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. Receiving a broken mug is disappointing enough, and we're sorry the replacement didn't meet expectations either. That's certainly not the quality we strive to provide. We've reached out to you directly to help make this right and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The shirt is nice and the fit was good, but the logo is very small.

I never received my purchase. The order was scheduled to arrive, July 13, 2026. AS of 3 August I received another Sweatshirt and was very grateful and pleased. Mr. Kevin Oakley kept his word and replaced my sweatshirt at no cost. A man of his word. And I have no problems purchasing from Merchloop and changing my experience with them.
