Selection process was easy! Love what we received and the fit was perfect. So much better than size guessing and receiving another product I don’t need.

I was "gifted" two polo shirts, for work purposes. These took 12 days to arrive. Which is long, but I did actually receive them and they are just like expected. So apart from the fact that I wasn't on tenterhooks, waiting for them - got what was ordered, precisely in the time frame it was promised. Not going to complain. :)
Response from MerchloopOct 21, 2026
Thank you for the 5 star review, and for the good-humored take! We’re so glad the polos arrived just as expected and right within the promised time frame. We know 12 days feels like a wait, so we appreciate you looking at it as glass-half-full, and we’re happy the end result landed exactly how it should have. Thanks for your patience, and we hope you enjoy the polos!
