Thank you for the 5 star review! We're so glad you found the site easy to navigate and the quality top notch, and that the pricing felt fair. And yes, great tip on checking the size chart! We include one on every product for exactly that reason, so we love that you called it out. Thanks for being a customer, and we look forward to your next order!

Thanks so much for the review and the honest feedback! We're glad the shirt and sweater themselves worked out, even if the fit was a little snugger than you'd hoped. Fit preference is such a personal thing, so we include size charts on all of our products to help give a sense of how each style runs, though we know that doesn't fully solve it when you're between preferences. We reached out & we'd still love to see what we can do for you, so please don't hesitate to get back to us."

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry the experience fell short. The shipping delay shouldn't have happened, and we appreciate your patience in getting it resolved. On the sizing, we do include size charts on all of our products to help give a sense of how each item fits, since fit can vary a lot between styles, and we're sorry these didn't work out the way you expected. We have reached out to you directly as we'd genuinely like to make this right, so please don't hesitate to get back to us.

Thanks for the feedback, and we're sorry the return policy caught you off guard. The reason we don't offer returns or exchanges is that everything is made to order, so there's no existing inventory before an order is placed, and each item is produced specifically for you. That said, we'd really like to understand what went wrong here. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into it and make things right.
