Really disappointing experience with Merchloop
Really disappointing experience with Merchloop. We were promised a lot up front. Slowly, one by one, all of our asks got pulled back. Throughout the process, there were repeated communication breakdowns, long delays in follow-up, and major information surfaced far too late. Most notably, we were suddenly told there would be a required 15% price increase after plans and budgets had already been built around the original pricing. On the production side, we communicated from the outset that we wanted everything embroidered. Items arrived printed without any communication about the change. Most importantly, the items that were embroidered mostly came back with logos dramatically larger than the approved mockups. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacking transparency, with key decisions made without clear communication. Unfortunately, we won’t be working with Merchloop again.
