The colors of the polo shirts are disgusting and the quality is absolutely horrible. I will not be wearing these at all
Response from MerchloopSep 30, 2026
Hello! We are sorry to hear you weren't thrilled with the color of the polos and we would like to make it right. Can you please email us at [email protected] so we can understand what is wrong with them?

Your shirt sizes are misleading. I order a medium-size shirt but they like large. I called the company for exchange and my request for small was declined. I will not buy from your company again unless you ship small-size shirts.
Response from MerchloopSep 9, 2026
Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the fit missed the mark for you. On the exchange, the reason we weren't able to swap it is that everything is made to order, so each shirt is printed specifically for you and there's no existing stock to exchange against, which is why we're limited there. That said, we don't want to leave you stuck with shirts that don't fit. We're going to reach out to you directly to see what we can do, so please keep an eye out for us. We'd genuinely like to find a way to help.

My “hide n seek” tag was torn AND cut open? Then taped back together with painters tape. This was supposed to be given out for employee recognition, it looks like an OPEN box used item. I would not give this to anyone, especially as a tracker. It looks tampered with. It is absolutely unacceptable the way it arrived.
Response from MerchloopSep 9, 2026
Thank you for flagging this, and we completely understand why it looked alarming, arriving torn and taped like that is not the impression anyone wants, especially for employee recognition gifts. Here's what happened: these tags are printed on demand by us rather than shipped pre-packaged from the factory, which means we open the packaging to customize each one for you. So while it was never tampered with, we fully agree the way it arrived didn't reflect that, and it shouldn't have looked that way. You've flagged something real, and we're already looking into a cleaner way to handle the packaging on these. In the meantime, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can make this right for you.

Really disappointing experience with Merchloop. We were promised a lot up front. Slowly, one by one, all of our asks got pulled back. Throughout the process, there were repeated communication breakdowns, long delays in follow-up, and major information surfaced far too late. Most notably, we were suddenly told there would be a required 15% price increase after plans and budgets had already been built around the original pricing. On the production side, we communicated from the outset that we wanted everything embroidered. Items arrived printed without any communication about the change. Most importantly, the items that were embroidered mostly came back with logos dramatically larger than the approved mockups. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacking transparency, with key decisions made without clear communication. Unfortunately, we won’t be working with Merchloop again.

Poor communication, poor quality, "design group" doesn't have any eye for design. Waited 3 weeks for our store to be finished - every product had a problem. Logo colors blended into the background, logos were sized too small, they used the wrong logos on the wrong items regardless of what I put on the spreadsheet (what was the use of the spreadsheet?). Nobody in their design teams reviews what they are presenting you to ensure it looks like quality work. It took them 3 weeks to set up a website that looked like it got thrown together in 3 hours. When brought to their attention - they apologized, asked me to wait 3 more days to discuss the problem (holiday weekend, but this conversation started at 11am) then have to wait longer for the problem to be fixed. Kevin Oakley, co-founder; emailed me and called my company by the wrong name and said that they aren't the company to work with us - which is right. They are unable to provide quality work in a reasonable timeline. Also other reviews show that my employees would have been unhappy due to sizing issues and a no return policy, along with shipping challenges (looks like they have an average of a month for shipping times). Do yourself a favor - save yourself the headache. There are much better, higher quality, design focused groups out there that provide this same service.

We’re sorry to hear this experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when revisions and timelines don’t align with what you were hoping for. Throughout the process, we worked to accommodate the requested changes and provide updated revisions based on the feedback received. While we recognize we were ultimately not the right fit for your organization, we do appreciate the opportunity and the candid feedback. We’re continually working to improve our communication, design review process, and turnaround times, and we wish you and your team the best moving forward and finding a service like ours.

The item did not arrive on time as expected. I should not have to pay for delivery.

My shirt is too small. I can't even zip it up and I paid a lot for it. It's for work and now I'm stuck without a work shirt
Response from MerchloopMay 6, 2026
We’re sorry to hear the sizing didn’t work out, especially since the shirt is needed for work. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. We’ve reached out directly to help get this resolved and arrange a replacement. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to make this right for you as quickly as possible.

Everything went wrong with this order. Massive delays, canceled items, delayed shipping, more canceled items after shipping
