Backpack was awesome but did not receive mousepad.
I received the backpack and it is very nice. I would have given you guys 5 stars. However, the mouse pad was not included and is stated as delivered when it was not delivered to the address given. Not sure if you can send me a replacement free of charge. The backpack was more urgent but I would really like to get the Lydecker mousepad. Thank you.

I bought a crop hoodie
I bought a crop hoodie. The size is fine and it’s nicely soft on the inside. But it looks like the reason it’s a “cropped” hoodie is because someone just cut the bottom off a regular hoodie. The bottom is ragged and uneven. It looks terrible.

On the hem, the raw, unfinished edge is actually an intentional part of that cropped style rather than a mistake, and it's shown that way in the product photos. That said, we completely understand it wasn't the look you were expecting, and we don't want you to be stuck with something you're not happy with. No returns and items run small
Hello, I appreciate the variety of items and I ordered my regular size but 3 out of the 4 items did not fit. There are no returns based on an on-demand creation of items which is frustrating since I order over $150 of merchandise I can't use. I will not be using Merchloop again.

I ordered my merchandise on April 1st…
I ordered my merchandise on April 1st and it was delivered on April 30, 2026 after my event already started. Four weeks is far to long to wait for product.
