Excellent customer service and great communication. I lost a part to the rowing machine and the replacement was covered at no charge which included free shipping.

I purchased a Merach rowing machine from a second hand shop a couple years ago. One of the foot pedals recently broke completely off, and I was unable to repair it. I reached out to Merach support and asked if there was anything they could do in terms of a repair advice or replacement. Even though the warranty for the rower had expired, they still offered to give me a partial refund on a new rowing machine. After I purchased a new one they honored that partial refund very quickly. The staff I spoke to was understanding, friendly, and extremely helpful.
