Everything from start to finish has been great! The purchase of my equipment was easy and came in quicker than expected. The set up process was not too bad. Once I rode the bike, the seat was not very comfortable and I reached out to customer service and within a few days a replacement was shipped to me! I have zero complaints about the company, the equipment, the delivery service or my customer service experience.

I ordered a vibration plate and it only worked for one day. I thought it was the remote and contacted Merach and they sent out a new remote right away. My vibration plate still wasn’t working so they sent me a new Vibration plate right away. Very pleased with the fast responses on emails and shipping my new vibration plate is working great. Great customer service support! Highly recommended buying from Merach.

Merach stands behind their product. My Air Rower had a computer issue. I sent in a video showing it not working And they replaced my unit under warranty in a few days. That's great customer service.

So far, I'm having a great time using my exercise bike. Because the instructions were so simple to follow, assembling it was absolutely stress-free. I adore that you can dock a tablet and utilize the app for a more engaging workout, but the console is fantastic for getting started.

Cord for my new Vibration Plate, which arrived much quicker than I expected, was missing. What makes this such an awesome Company that stands behind their products, was that I did not open for several weeks after I received & that's when I discovered missing Cord. I contacted Company by email, was answered almost immediately & they apologized for inconvenience & t received a Cord a little over a week later! Not 1 word about it having been almost 2 months after delivery before I contacted them!! Now That's Customer Service!!! Will definitely be buying from them again! Overall a very Positive Experience! Oh, & I love my Vibration Plate, too!
