Great customer service. Great product

My rating is based upon excellent customer service for requesting a missing part. Merach was professional with emailed communication and initiating replacement action quickly. However, I fortunately located the part and no longer required the replacement part.

I received my original order but was unable to use due to the chord not fitting. I contacted customer service and asked for a new chord. After a couple conversations to make sure I got the best service I was told I they were shipping me a whole new device and it works perfectly. I absolutely love this machine and the difference in how my whole body feels! I have slept better, the fluid in my legs is coming down and I'm not aching in my joints anywhere near like I was. My circulation is getting better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bester Kundenservice überhaupt! Ich hatte ein Anliegen bezüglich meiner Rudermaschine, da die absolvierten Rows plötzlich nicht mehr gezählt wurden. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und gefragt, woran das Problem liegen könnte. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden erhielt ich bereits eine E-Mail mit einer ausführlichen Anleitung zur Behebung des Problems. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen größeren Defekt handelte, der sich mit der Anleitung nicht beheben ließ. Nachdem ich dies dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt hatte, wurde mir sofort und ohne Umstände ein Ersatzgerät angeboten. Dieses war bereits innerhalb von drei Werktagen bei mir. Einen derart schnellen, unkomplizierten und kundenorientierten Support erlebt man wirklich selten. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass ich mich während der gesamten Problemlösung im Urlaub befand und deshalb nicht immer direkt antworten konnte. Ich erhielt sogar zweimal eine freundliche Erinnerungs-E-Mail, ob weiterhin Interesse an der Unterstützung besteht bzw. ob ich noch Hilfe benötige. Man merkt wirklich, dass hier versucht wird, dem Kunden tatsächlich zu helfen, anstatt ihn einfach abzuwimmeln oder das Problem unnötig in die Länge zu ziehen. Absolut vorbildlicher Kundenservice – schnell, unkompliziert und kundenorientiert. Klare Empfehlung!

I originally received a defective unit, but the customer service team was fantastic they responded quickly and sent out a replacement right away with zero hassle. I haven't had the new machine long enough to speak to its performance or durability yet, but I'm really impressed with how the company handled the issue. 5 stars for support, pending final thoughts on the machine itself!

Great product and a good support. My packages had a little delay on the delivery, but the support had a great attitude in solving the delay.
