Pretty awesome machine very sturdy works as it should

Merach is an incredibly efficient operation. I ordered a treadmill (that was recommended by my friend who is a fitness trainer for menopausal women) and I wasn’t sure of the arrival date /whether it would arrive before Christmas. I emailed Merach and received a very lovely (it felt like a personal) email from Kitty informing and assuring me that all was in hand. My item arrive before Christmas. The quality is superb and I am very excited for my family to get a little fitter and healthier over the next few months! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer! Thank you Merach (& Kitty!!!)

I ordered Merach 2448B1 Stair Stepper for Home Gym. It arrived within 5 days. The product was highly disappointing as there is no resistance on the stepper (or if there is then it’s minimal). It has 3 levels of resistance but unfortunately there is no difference in the resistance levels. Also, when I tried to use it, the product was wobbly and therefore it didn’t feel safe. The cost was £165 so it’s unbelievable how much they ask for such as poor quality product. As per the website I sent them Email about it and requested to return it (this was 5days ago) but unfortunately I haven’t had any response/acknowledgement to my Email.

Customer service did a great job rectifying an issue for me. Tgis is a trusted company. The vibration plate is large and good for a beginner.

I placed an order November 24 and waited the stated 10-15 working days before I contacted the company. I have emailed and called and have not received any support on my order. Phone calls are never returned and emails only have AI generated responses.

Vega and the team were so helpful and we just love our MERACH. It feels great when using daily; we can tell the difference lymphatically. Wonderful addition to the gym.
