The quality of the products is very good and solid. The manual is great, descriptions, pictures and language translations. It is very easy to set up your product for first use. The support is really great and answering fast. I want to express my thanks to support worker Rosie for always helping out and providing information. Just missing the fifth star because there was a long time passing by between ordering, shipping and receiving of the product.

Have bought two machines on separate orders and very pleased with both. Customer service is also excellent. My only regret is wasting money on more expensive machines from other sellers before discovering Merach.

We made very good experience with the Merach support/service. We had a small problem with the „Rudergerät“ and they provide us great trouble shooting videos and instruction until we solved it. This is how service should be. Many thanks for that
