Quality equipment and even better customer service. The team is very quick to respond and assist.

The request was quickly responded to.

I can’t speak highly enough of the company & the product! I love my vibration plate, so much that it broke & I was 6 days out of warranty. The amazing customer service staff immediately responded to my message & are going to send me a replacement! I was shocked & pleasantly surprised. I’ve recommended this specific product to quite a few people & this experience just confirmed I made a great recommendation!

Wonderful product! Service very good after sales I recommande this mark Thanks a lot We are very happy for purchasing our new bike Go dont hesitate

The MERACH NovaRow R50 Rowing Machine delivers a really solid and enjoyable rowing experience. It feels professional for a home machine - smooth, stable, and well-built. The resistance is consistent, and the overall motion feels natural, making workouts both effective and engaging. The app is also a nice addition. It was easy to connect and helpful for tracking progress. Assembly was manageable, but the instructions could definitely be improved. The print is very small and lacks detail, and I couldn’t find a proper online manual. There is a video available, but it wasn’t very helpful. With clearer instructions, setup would be quick and straightforward. Overall, once set up, this is a great rower that feels high-quality and performs very well.

This has been awesome! I have never enjoyed exercising AT ALL. But I genuinely enjoy using the vibration plate. Started out with 10 minutes and gradually moved to 20. I use dumbbells for my arms while I’m using it and have learned different techniques for targeting different areas as well. I’ve been so pleased that I took it to my 80 year old mother’s to let her try it since I had read articles about it improving balance. She fell in love with it and ordered one herself. Now both my parents use it and have felt an overall benefit.

Bon produit…. Mais, incomplet dans son conditionnement d’origine….. voir, la remarque faite au près de l’expéditeur européen…

Love this Bike and how it enables a great health journey at your own pace and direction. The technology and ability to work with your other devices is a game changer.
