Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

I want to take the time to review Merach US as a company overall. I have been on a Weight Loss Adventure for about 3 years. Until the last 6 months I've been steadily doing pretty well! I've lost around 130 lbs. However... October starts a hard time for me. Various events, anniversaries, and holidays involving delicious food make a diet extremely difficult...and my usual "Home" workout tools weren't working as well. I was desperate when I ordered from Merach. I ordered the Ab Machine and the Squat Rider. Shipping was incredibly fast!! Two to three days. Assembly was so easy, even I could do it!! The machines are effective. They target the areas they SAY they target. I look forward to using them. When I have a question, the answer comes quickly from the support team. I can't wait to try more from this company! I highly recommend them.

I received my vibration plate in a timely manner. The plate is better than I expected. I purchased the CV40 and it is powerful as advertised, which I love. I enjoy being able to listen to my music via the Bluetooth as well. Great product!

The equipment is well-made and can also hold an extraordinary amount of weight, which is good for those of us who are large people. I did not believe it until is sat on it and used it. Also, much of the equipment I noticed is easily stored. The machine I have can be folded very easily and leaned against a wall -good for small rooms. The equipment is easy to assemble- really easy and comes with clear instructions. My equipment came well packaged. I will say the counter or timer is made of plastic and did not work but the machine itself is heavy gauge steel.

Vega in Customer Support at Merach gets an A++ for handling an unfortunate shipping issue promptly. I appreciate all the help and kindness received.

This is absolutely the best company that I have ever dealt with. Merach has been great to answer any questions that I have had. The exercise bike I purchased from Merach is an excellent piece of equipment. This exercise bike is extremely well made and better priced than the competition. I highly recommend Merach.

Great company. Fast delivery. Quick response to query from Kitty, really helped me!

Awesome products (I have both a rower & treadmill). Customer service has been responsive & patient with my 'trivial' questions which I appreciate VERY much! {Safe storage options for the treadmill, water purification in the rower, etc.) Love the products, appreciate the support team!

I have been using the Vibration Plate for 5 weeks now- showing improvement in lymphatic drainage. Customer service great, shipping prompt. Would recommend their vibration plates.
