Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

It was easy process to follow. No confusing instructions either simple and detailed steps. They kept apologizing about delays, but responded at reasonable time with follow ups

Me and wife really enjoy the Merach roller and Merach squatter. My wife loves it because it's less stress on her joints.

Got a walking pad on sale which was a gift for my sister! I’ve ended up keeping it for myself as my sister ended up getting the same gift from someone else and it is brilliant! My cats love walking on it and it’s really useful if you work from home or don’t go go the gym but still want to exercise!

I love the products, very easy to assemble and is as advertised, although I wish the ab bench sat a little taller and had more resistance but overall the products are very good and I also like the variety of options to pay.

I am a first-time Merach US customer and overall have had a very positive experience. I did encounter a minor issue with the machine I purchased; however, their customer service team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They quickly arranged to provide a replacement at no cost, which I greatly appreciate. I genuinely enjoy using the vibration plate and have been pleased with its performance. It is clear that the company stands behind its products and is committed to customer satisfaction. Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue immediately made a strong impression.

Fantastic product. Really easy to set up and so quiet and smooth to ride.

So far, I have ordered three different items from Merach and they were easy to assemble, have great quality, and the purchasing experience was simple. I haven’t had any issues but because everything else was easy, I trust that if I had any problems, they would have great customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience with my order. Everything went smoothly and I love the product. Easy to place the order. Good photos & videos to help me decide what to order. It came very quickly. Easy to set up. I have been using the item for over 6 months now with no problems. I've even recommended it to family and friends.
