We ordered the Novawalk W50 walk pad. We have enjoyed it a lot and delivery was fast

High quality products! Fast delivery and great customer service!

They respond quickly and resolved the situation immediately.

I had a really positive experience with Merach’s customer support team. I accidentally placed a duplicate order for a vibration plate, but Kitty from support responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She canceled the extra order and processed my refund without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, fast, and easy, I really appreciated how efficient and responsive they were. Great customer service!

This squat machine is the best I’ve ever used to do a squat, especially on my knees. I had total knee replacement on both knees and this machine gave me my life back. Now I’m able to squat more and exercise more. I do 300 squats a day and have toned my legs and lost weight, over 100 pounds total

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was A* all the way. They were quick to respond to any queries I had, incredibly helpful, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly support these days, and it really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. As for the treadmill itself — absolutely brilliant. It’s compact yet very sturdy, and the 15% auto incline really takes workouts to the next level. The foldable design is perfect for saving space, making it ideal for home use. It runs smoothly, feels high quality, and was easy to set up. Overall, a fantastic product that delivers on both performance and convenience — highly recommended!

Thorough and great at following through with last minute requests. Thank you for all the trouble
