I have two MERACH products the vibration plate and the rowing machine I am beyond happy not only with my products and their cost effective price tags but with MERACH getting my items to me in a timely matter and answering some questions before purchasing MERACH made it easy for me to have a home gym when my work schedule did not allow for me to go to the gym my health is improving daily and I couldn’t be happier

I received excellent customer service from this company! They responded to my message quickly and helped me resolve the issue easily. Highly recommend!

I ordered two products from this company. Both works great. Ordering and shipping was easy and smooth.

Materiel de qualite, effectivement j ai eu du retard dans la livraison, mais j ai toujours etait bien informé. Merach fit +++ Merci pour votre suivi et reactivité

I sent the order to the wrong address, reached out the team to update and they took care of it. The row machine came a couple days later, I put it together and man am I impressed. This thing is solid. I'm very impressed. I'm 6' with an athletic background and this small profile machine is great.

I bought my Merach vibration plate in September hoping to get in shape and hopefully lose some of the excess inches on my waist. 7 months I have been using it for 20 minutes a day, every day. I feel better and I hope it is moving the lymph, I can't really tell. Unfortunately I have lost 0 inches off my waist. The only physical improvement I see is my butt is getting a little rounder. It was starting to get flat (I am 70). Am I going to quit using it? No, it is quite enjoyable and I spend my time reading while I'm on it. Time goes very fast that way. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is the noise. It makes a knocking noise that is disturbing but I can shift myself around and it gets quieter.

They reached out within 24 hours and resolved my issue.
