MERACH W50 Walking Pad My first walking pad was defective after just 3 uses, which was very disappointing. But after I contacted customer support and provided proof of the issue, they replied very quickly and replaced it with a brand-new one without any hassle. The new walking pad works perfectly, and I am now very satisfied with both the product and the service. I can fully recommend this walking pad!

Product quality and customer service is great.

I purchased a vibration plate from Merach and loved it, but within a few days it developed a rattling noise. I emailed support and after I sent them a video of the plate running, they told me they would send me a new device and I didn't need to return the old plate. I have received the new device and use it twice a day. I was very satisfied with how customer service responed and took care of the problem.
