Bonjour, Je viens d’effectuer un nouveau test à l’instant. J’ai démonté le bras contenant les deux sondes et passé un aimant devant celles-ci. Aucune réaction n’apparaît sur les données affichées à l’écran, malgré plusieurs essais pour m’assurer du résultat. À ce stade, je ne suis pas en mesure de déterminer si le dysfonctionnement provient des sondes elles-mêmes ou de la partie électronique de l’écran. Je vous remercie par avance de bien vouloir m’indiquer la marche à suivre et de m’envoyer les pièces nécessaires afin que je puisse procéder à la réparation et enfin utiliser mon rameur dans de bonnes conditions. Très bon service

A nice bike at a competitive price. It has a good app which allows you to connect by bluetooth to your tablet. Easy to adjust the resistance and very comfortable to use. Usually very quiet when in use. It would be even better if you could display your heart rate from Apple Watch on the iPad screen - this might come along in the future. The bike developed a loud "cracking" sound coming from the pedal/belt area when in use. Merach "customer support" weren't able to say what the problem was but they will send me a complete replacement bike! They said: "o help resolve the issue, we would be glad to arrange a replacement unit of the same model for you at no additional cost. Please note that we can only provide a replacement of the same model, and once the new unit is shipped, we will no longer be able to issue a refund. The original machine may be discarded, as it will not be required for the exchange." They also offered me a "free gift" for writing this 5-star review - I think I'll go for 🎁 Gift 3: One-year extended warranty - I've a feeling I might need it but I don't know how hmuch it will be worth!
