I recently purchased a walking pad from Merach as a way to remove any excuses for not getting my daily steps in, and overall I’m very pleased with the experience. Delivery was prompt, and the product arrived quickly. There was a minor cosmetic marking on the walking belt on arrival; however, this did not affect functionality. I contacted their customer service team and was impressed by how quickly they responded. They handled the matter professionally and offered an immediate and fair resolution. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind their product and provide efficient aftercare. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Merach.

We originally bought the Merach Treadmill because my daughter wanted it, but we love it so much that now the whole family is using it. ​My son, who works from home, uses it during the day while he works. My daughter uses it at night when she wants to get some steps in but feels hesitant to go outside. And on the weekends, my wife—who usually finds exercise a bit of a chore—uses it while watching movies on TV. ​We might even have to buy another one later on! ^^

Really great company! Their website was easy to navigate, they have a variety of exercises equipment to fit your different workout needs, very fast shipping & wonderful customer service. I purchased the S26 Magnetic Exercise Bike with Dumbbell Rack & it is such a smooth & very quiet ride. The seat was smaller than I needed & I reached out to customer service & they are sending me a wider one free of charge. The best customer service I've dealt with in a long time! Can't wait to keep purchasing more from them.
