My experience with the customer support team was truly great (namely, Esther). I needed to request a replacement bungee cord, and from beginning to end, she didn't miss a beat! Her communication was prompt; she was very friendly & accommodating.

I was excited to receive my MERACH Squatter Pro, but what arrived wasn’t even the color I ordered. I specifically purchased the black version, yet I was sent a different color of pink. What turned a simple shipping mistake into a frustrating experience was the customer service. After three separate emails, MERACH finally admitted that because I purchased the Squatter Pro through Facebook rather than directly from their official store, they would not help me and told me to contact the seller instead. That response is disappointing. Regardless of where a genuine product is purchased, a company should be willing to stand behind its brand and assist customers with basic order issues, or at least help facilitate a resolution. Instead, I was bounced around until I finally received an answer that essentially amounted to, “Not our problem.” Mistakes happen. Sending the wrong color is understandable if it’s handled quickly and professionally. Refusing to take ownership or provide meaningful support for a product carrying your brand is what leaves a lasting negative impression. Based on this experience, I’d think carefully before purchasing a MERACH product. If something goes wrong, don’t assume the company will be there to help unless you bought directly from them. That lack of support raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I ordered the CV40 Vibration Machine, and when it arrived, I noticed a noice coming from the unit. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly. After reviewing the video I sent, they immediately shipped a replacement machine at no cost to me. I'm genuinely impressed with the fast response and the excellent customer service I received from Merach.

I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS PRODUCT, AND THIS COMPANY!!! I loved the vibration platform from the first try. There was a slight issue with a small section of the lights on the machine so I called the Customer Service department and they were SUPER EFFICIENT and they followed up with emails to make sure that the issue was resolved. The issue was resolved so quickly and I even received an email AFTERWARDS just to "make sure" I was pleased. WAY TO GO MERACH! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THE VIBRATION PLATE.

I purchased the QS1 rowing machine directly from the Merach site after reading numerous reviews and was very pleased with the product itself - prompt delivery, easy to put together and nice quality (particularly for the price). It looks great, the seat glides beautifully and it feels like a quality piece of equipment. However... the customer service is VERY hit and miss and if you are outside of the USA (I'm in Australia) then you struggle as there is no local phone number and all contact is via email. One contact was repeatedly unable to locate my order (even though I attached it twice to two separate emails) but luckily the other contact was eventually able to satisfactorily rectify the situation. (If you are in Australia, I would recommend that you purchase from Ebay for greater piece of mind.)

Customer support was great. Had issues with my product and product was replaced. I was very satisfied with how everything was handled.

I love my vibration plate, I use it daily. Duty a recent move I lost the remote. I contacted this company and within a week they had mailed me a replacement at no charge. They stayed in contact with during the entire process. Great customer service and support.
