The rowing machine l purchased was not operating properly after l assembled it and Merach's customer service have been very responsive and attentive to my email communications. After explaining the situation, they provided a solution which fully addressed the issue.

I’d just received my rower but I had a question about the labeling on the carton and whether I got the correct machine because of different item numbers vs the one I’d ordered. I run warehouses and inventory control so numbers pop out to me if they’re off. I got a reply back to my question with a great explanation and I’m good to go! Everything is correct and my new rower is built and ready!!

Great service fast replies and friendly too

I waited 2 weeks after placing my order only to have to contact them about my order and say they can't deliver to my address. I have never had difficulty receiving any order from companies before. Do not order from this company. We will see how long it takes to refund my money. Scam.
