I've had my box for 3 days. First day it worked great, one of my cats used it within 10 mins, another within 30. Day 2 it had a clump of "dirty" litter stuck to the back. Now on day 3 it has a very large clump of "dirty" litter stuck to the back, but it also had 3+ clumps in the bin and has not ran the dump cycle. It's dumb, but it seems the only way to clean this is to unplug it and let it rerun the home cycle. Otherwise, so far even with my issues I don't have to scoop litter. So I guess I'm good, deserves a 3 but not higher but still ultimately probably worth the money.

Had to wait a week but it was worth the wait! And got them just in time as I was just about to run out of them

Unit arrived quickly and set up was very quick n easy. Some if my cats took to it immediately but a couple still aren’t sure about it. Lol. So far have really liked the unit. The drawer pullout is the only issue that I have. It never wants to slide back in easily. 😐

Package arrived sooner than expected. My Maine Coon and Bengal kittens thought it was the best toy in the world! So far, so good
