I LOVE this litter box! We have a male cat that kept peeing outside of the box. No matter how clean we kept the box, he still would pee on the floor or in our bathroom sink. We were using the Tidy Cat Breeze Pellet litter system, which we like, but obviously that was the problem. Since getting this automatic litter box, our male cat has consistently used it and not peed out side of the box once. He also seems to enjoy sitting next to it and watching it turn/clean itself. No urine smell and it does the job! Best purchase I've made in a long time!

Product is exactly as described and it makes my life so much easier that I'm not bending over scooping.

very happy with the product. easy, even the cats are more likely to use this over the other boxes in the home. I just ordered another.

Pros-quiet, larger open, Cons-Messy, cat litter sticks to the grate, the inside back lid, need to buy extra pieces from Etsy to make grate openings smaller to clean litter more thoroughly, and one to help keep litter inside. Modify waste bucket to keep particles from leaving waste bin when cycling. Seriously considering returning.

My fur kids are still getting use to the litter box they are 15 year so first time with it but shipping was fast n it came in great condition. Putting it together was easy but I had to be careful cause I just had surgery lol thank you.

The build is solid, but the print on the buttons is too small and the top should be designed to be open for larger cats.

I didn’t not receive my xtra bags I ordered, and I emailed customer service and received no reply.

Very unhappy with this product. It does not run the cleaning cycle after my cat leaves the box. I have to force it to clean. Also the clumping litter I use - Arm & Hammer Slide (which never stuck to the bottom of my old traditional litter box) - sticks to the bottom of this thing. After I make it start the cleaning cycle, I have to pause it to scrape the clumps of litter loose before they will dump into the collection bin. I'm trying to find out how to return it and get my money back.
