I absolutely loved the easy of litter box, but our one rescue didn't take to it. I tired to return it within the return window time frame, but I was told I would have to pay shipping and handling even though it clearly says free returns within in time frame.

5 star litter box!

My cats love this machine! They were hesitant at first but after a few minutes of sniffing around they tried it and have been happy ever since. It is so nice not to have to scoop every day and still have a fresh home. It looks very safe for our old cat too. The machine moves slowly and in a way that would not hurt our cats. There were others I was looking at that looked very unsafe. Not this one. We are so happy we bought this for our cats!

Our new litter box was not too hard to set up. My only complaint is that there isn’t an option to have my older Mewant litter box set up on the same app.

Ordered one for my daughter and her seven cats. She loves it. Got one for myself. Have a Litter Robot 4 already but need an extra box so I can clean this one.
