We bought it on sale, we received it quickly, we had no problem setting it up, our cats started using it immediately, and we love it!

It doesnt work. Won't complete the set up cycle. The gear keeps getting stuck. Want my money back.

Product arrived damaged, emailed customer service several times with no response back :(. Tried setting it up anyway, skips gears bad, probably due to being damaged maybe.... unhappy with lack of customer service.

Delivery was fast. Box working great.

The litterbox was easy to set up. It's very well made, almost silent when it cycles, and my stubborn 15 year old cat took to it within a couple of days. I had a litter robot previously, but got rid of it years ago when my older cat at the time had difficulty getting in and out and stopped using it. The Meowant is smaller on the outside, bigger on the inside, and a much better unit.

My experience has been awesome! This company has not let me down with the 2 purchases I've made. This company has made both my purchases important & being above normal in receiving my purchases above expectations.

Only had this for about a week but works amazing and the app is cool letting you know when the box is being cleaned
