My MW-SC09 just arrived and it is missing its power cord so it is useless without that.

Original Review: I placed an order and immediately realized the shipping address was incorrect. I instantly made a request via the chat option to update the address. I didn't get a response until 2 days later! Because of the delay in response, the order could not be updated. Any other company would be able to fulfill this request. This company did not. They then told me there would be no guarantee that the order can be rerouted and for me to call UPS. I called UPS and was told I would have to pay over $150 to correct the issue. I understand the mistake was mine, but I have never had an instance where something like this couldn't be corrected. In addition, there is an email thread for another item on my order which is pushed back around 3 to 4 weeks. When I reply to this email, I don't receive a response in a timely manner to correct it. I was never given a phone call. There are no phone numbers listed in a clear location for me to call and and attempt to solve the error. Each day is another day over $600 spent is out in the world and not with my cats. I just want what I paid for, or my money back. This is ridiculous. Update: I received the litter box after having to purchase other boxes, but thankfully, UPS was able to update my address. I stand by the poor response time and complications of being able to edit my order immediately after placing it.

The product gets a “5”! The FedEx delivery not so much! Three of my four cats have adapted so far (not fully but getting there.) They love watching it move! I love how quiet and clean it is as well as the amount of litter it uses. One cat has decided to be the litter guard. The delivery was horrible. Left out so when the storm hit the box was soaked and could not be carried inside. I ordered an SC02 for downstairs smaller space and sure enough FedEx was lazy and left it at the bottom of the stairs on its side not up per the arrows. Good thing I knew about when it was arriving because again if I hadn’t waited the box would have been soaked from rain. Very glad the product was well packed. Oh and it is super quiet!glad after several weeks of choosing I bought Meowant!

Fast shipping and everything arrived working. These work very well. I have 2 of them and going to buy another.

The machine isn’t working. I lost my cat and just got 2 on Sunday. The machine isn’t emptying. I’ve tried everything. How do u get my money back?

I did not get all the items I ordered. I received the self-cleaning litter pan in one shipment, i received the extra liners I ordered in a second shipment, but I never received the extra deodorizers i ordered. Ivreceived notice on 8/12 that a label was crwated in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and that they were waiting for the package. Clearly they never got it, and neither did I. I want a refund or my item shipped but I can't get ahold on anyone to help.
