The unit is great the cats love it I love it. The only issue I had was I ordered off the site and it states it would ship in one day but took about a week. Also chats and emails went unanswered for days But I love the unit and would highly recommend. I also bought a Nekasa and the cats like this one better.

So far so good! The cats are investigating and a couple have used it so far! Relatively easy set up. Fast shipping.

Fast delivery, easy to clean!

I couldn't be more happy replacing a traditional litter box with this product. A user friendly litter box for pet and human it didn't take long for it to be a regular home fixture and greatly reduced pet waste smells when paired with odor obsorbing litter. A very good investment to keep owners and pets happy and healthy.

Bought a unit that said it was good for up to 18lbs (my cat is 16lbs). My cat had no problem transitioning to using the unit, however it was obviously too small for her as she had several accidents where she was inside the unit but not getting her whole body in. I would never have bought this model if I had known this would be an issue. They have a unit for larger cats, but mine is within the advertised size range for this one. That size range is not accurate. I tried to request an exchange to the other model as I still think it is a great product. I feel like this is the right thing for them to do, given that I bought this one believing it was big enough. They’ll let me return it…EXCEPT, because it’s not a “warranty issue”, they won’t cover return shipping…which, guess what, is going to cost almost the same price as the unit itself. (How about it’s a bad, misleading information issue on how well this unit will work for a larger cat?) So you get a “refund” but basically you are out the cost no matter what. They offered me a lousy $50 to not return it. “You can sell it” they said - how about better customer service instead? There’s no guarantee i can find a buyer for this…I want a unit that works for my cat. I bought the wrong one based on their information. I paid over $300 for the machine plus extra accessories I bought. Now all useless. I can’t afford to be paying twice.

Good price and it functions as advertised. Seems to be a little small for our cat. He is a Bengal and weighs 17 pounds.Beng

I purchased this litter box for the relatively low opening so my senior cat would have an easier time entering. And for the quiet operation for another cat who is very skittish. Success on both counts. Setup was easy, I can be 3 feet from it and not notice the cleaning cycle. The cats digging in the littler make more noise.

Ordered bags and deodorizer fast shipping. Love product
