Easy to order and good communication regarding my order and delivery.

I have bought 3 litter boxes and 2 water fountains and have been extremely satisfied. These are bigger fountains as we have 2 dogs and 3 cats and need water to last! The only thing is you have to go on Amazon to get replacement filters. Love their products.

Great litter box! It is so convenient when we go out of town for a day or two! It works wonders and is quiet!

Quick and easy shipping.

Shipping took a while. Set up was easy. It's been 3days and my cat refuses to use it..I've tried all the suggestions to get hom to use it.. we will see..but other then that product works great and is very quiet.

I bought the Meowant, Newest model, and was very satisfied until I noticed there was a hole at the bottom of the drum. I contacted Meowant and they asked me to forward them pictures to see what was happening. Once they got them, they promptly sent me another drum. I could not speak more highly of a company than what I have. If I ever need another one, I will definitely get this product again.

Customer service reached out to replace a product when an order could not be fulfilled so I was given the option to wait or take a different color.
