We received the new litter box last week. It was very easy to set up and both of my cats started using it immediately. I wish I had gotten one sooner.

The company needs to find a new shipper. It is terrible how fedx treats your packages. They are always late and crushed boxes. I watched a Fedx truck come through our subdivision with the back door open with packages falling onto the road and he never stopped.

The box is quiet when cleaning and it’s not too heavy to maneuver. Both of these are a plus for me. My cat is on the larger size and 14 years old. He has missed the box a few times and I’m hoping it’s just an adjustment to the new box issue for him.

Tired of pretending this product works. I have been through three of these since my initial purchase. I've sent over a dozen emails to support. I've been asked to send pictures of the box not working (me pressing the button with nothing happening while it is plugged in). I begged for help only to receive a new adapter (the initial box was missing one; I had to use one of my own). I discovered that the socket was being corroded by cat urine, and when I relayed this information, I was given the instructions to "fix" this oversight with tape and scissors (detailed near the end of this comment). Now that the literal rubber band holding it together has failed, the (I assume proprietary) bag slipped, leaving the box's hinges so encrusted with cat poop that it can barely be closed. I can't believe I waited for a replacement the first time it was found defective, let alone after I was advised to fix it with TAPE and PVC by a sales representative. A huge inconvenience, a waste of money, and a waste of materials, given the bases and barrels I've had to throw away. Very, very disappointed. Read the email I received about the adapter and the urine issue below: "We found that some cats will stand to pee because of the heat or other reasons. When you receive the litter tray and install and use it, please observe whether there is any urine residue at the cover on the back of the drum bucket, if there is, it means that your cat has the habit of peeing into the holes and needs to be protected. If not, no protection is needed. Please take the following steps to protect it: The steps for protection are as follows: 一、 Preparation Essentials： 1. A piece of PVC (should be rigid, waterproof, and oil-resistant). Dimensions exceeding 100*100mm, with a recommended thickness between 0.3mm and 1mm (to prevent scratching by cats). 2. Double-sided tape 3. A pair of scissors 二、 Step-by-step Guide 1. Stick the double-sided tape onto the PVC piece, making sure that the edge of the tape aligns closely with the edge of the PVC piece. This helps prevent the piece from lifting at the edges, which might pique your cat's curiosity and lead them to try scratching it off. 2. Put the piece in the center, ensuring it fully covers the hole. 3. Use your hands to press around the PVC piece, making sure the piece sticks firmly to the wall of the globe." Unbelievably unprofessional. Laughable, even. I regret ever having trusted in this product, let alone having spent over $300 on it. I haven't even begun pursuing a refund because my initial concerns took months (November 19th to January 21st) to "resolve," with failures in February, March, and April. Don't waste your time with this company. I sure wish I hadn't.

aMAZING. Wow. I cant believe how effective this is. Clean, my cats can’t track litter everywhere, uses a FRACTION of the amount of litter we were using before and doesnt waste any. No smell! I am truly beyond thrilled so far.

So far I am pleased. It took awhile for both cats to be comfortable with it. I have one cat that is very curious to how it works😂. I think it’s going to do exactly what I need it to do. I may be interested in purchasing another in the future.
