It took over 30 days for my cat to get familiar with this litter box. I am cleaning this box daily, more than a traditional box. My tips are as follows. 1. Rub baking soda on the walls daily so poop/pee chunks don’t stick to the walls. Poo fell on my cat’s head and took me awhile to get her to use the box again. 2. Put sit/clean time at more than 30 minutes. 3. Use Fresh Step Clumping kiddy litter. 4. Empty the trash bin every other day otherwise it dumps back in the box. I asked for a refund at least five times and can’t get a return label or address so I am stuck with this box. Buyer beware.

Disappointed with the SC02 Meowant. It says XL but my 12.5 lbs cat is struggling to fit and has been spilling and tracking litter. The dirty litter is also not getting emptied and is stuck to the back, bottom and sides. Have to get a brush to scrape the sides, bottom and back so the benefit of self-cleaning is definitely not there. In addition, I now have to cleanup outside the litter box not just litter but fecal matter as well. Want to exchange or return but that will cost in shipping as that is not covered by Meowant.

I loved how quick I got my cat box. I ordered it and got it in 3 days. Super easy to clean. Much better than the other model with the oval entry hole. My poor fat cat was having difficulties maneuvering around to use the litter box because he's so big, so we ordered this model and he doesn't have any more issues with lack of space. Thank you meowant!

The product itself is good, however my cat of 14 pounds does not like it. She does not have enough room to turn and scratch. How do I go about returning.

the kitty machine is working great no noise and no issues so far except that our kittens are obsessed with jumping in and out when it turns LOL

Love the product and design concept, but the smell from the discard box is EXTREMELY BAD! Is there any way to neutralize the smell? And yes we did install the scent cube.

This litter box is amazing. Got in quickly and put it together quickly. My cats already use it with no problem. Would definetly recommend to everyone.
