It worked well initially but now will not complete a cleanng cycle, keeps stopping. I had to remove cylider and had roll on floor to clean clumps out as cats were refusing to sue it and pooping on floor. Did not have time to trouble shoot yet but thinking I may need to send it back

You were a little late fulfilling the order for deodorant blocks, but hey, s**t happens. But seriously we love the Meowant box for so many reasons. It’s discreet and so efficient.

I like it, my cat’s like it. Doesn’t clean as well as I expected.

I did not receive the 2 boxes of litter waste sacks that I was supposed to receive because I took the white unit when I had ordered the gray unit. Instead of refunding me the difference in the cost of the unit I was to receive the 2 boxes of litter waste bags. I did not get them.

Very fast shipping. Arrived in perfect shape.

Unit doesn’t power on. Sent email with no response
