I bought the sc02 and it came Friday, 4 days ago. Started using it immediately. I have a 4yr old cat, 1 yr old and 2 12 wk old kittens, 4 cats total. They all use it. My 4 yr old cat is 15# and she fits just fine. No issues using it. Only issue is that she's really skittish, so right now she's only using once twice per day. My main issue with the box itself is the smell. I am using the scent cartridge that came with it but I'm having to replace the bag twice per day due to the odor. Even if it's not even half full, it stinks bad! Also, make sure to set it to clean at least 15 mins from the time they exit. The poop doesn't have a chance to "set up" so if its still soft, it gets caught in the grate and spreads along the backside of the housing. I am using Fresh Step Extreme, which I've always used, so the litter isn't the problem as far as odor. Overall, I'd give it a 6/10. Positives: •The app-shows who is using it based on their weight, convenience of using app rather than pushing buttons on the machine to clean/level the litter. •Convenience of not having to clean it manually. Negatives: •Doesn't get all the small bits of poop out. Still have to scoop it. •If there's not enough litter, the liquid gets on the liner and sticks to it. Keep litter full. •STINKS, does not hold odor well. •Bin liners (trash bags) don't last long. 4 cats, only holds about 1 day's worth of excrement. Advice: Clean the litter when all the cats are asleep. My kittens love to hop in right after I clean the litter. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Purchased online, easy set up and is working great

I just bought the Meowant self cleaning litter box. This is the 3rd day that I set up. The first two days my cat did not use it. She use the old litter box which I put next to the meowant litter box as I want her to adjust herself first. The third day I totally removed the old litter box and to my surprise she used it twice last night. She love using it. It is quite and the features are great. I am 100% happy buying Meowant self cleaning litter box. And also my cat is very happy. With the odor deodorizer, it works very well. You can’t even tell that I have a cat. No bad smell at all. Thanks for introducing this product.

Meowant, took my money upon ordering a great mechanical litter box, then Note: only responce I got, said unit is back Ordered 30 to 40 days. I've emailed 4 times over 1.5 weeks with NO responce to get my monies back. Their key board must be broken Contacted BBB Hope they let others know about Meowants no responce clause. Michael O

The box you shipped my bags in was the actual product box which was tattered and dirty. It should have been shipped in some sort of box or plastic bag so it would have arrived clean and suitable for housing the product in my home.

It’s great but definitely not as big as I was expecting, a bit small but other than that everything else is great, absolutely love it!

This part of the litter box is too sensitive and easy to breake while cleaning.

Do not buy! It does not do what it claims on their website. It does not contain any odor. It is so bad. I have to change the bag everyday or my apartment smells of cat waste. I emailed directly and was told it was my cats food and their stomach issues. Was told to consult a vet about the smell. my cat eats the same food as when I had a traditional scooping litter box used the same litter and it NEVER smelled. Customer service will not help you, nor transfer you to a manager. I have been trying to get my money back since April 14 and they refuse to issue a return label. Edit to respond to reply. You have not provided any solution that is satisfactory in my email. This item is defective and you as a company refuse to take responsibility and provide customer service to your customers
