When this box rotates backwards there is poop all up the backside of this wide open box constantly. It's disgusting.

No missing pieces, and everything was packaged safely and with caution. I also did research on other automatic litter boxes, and the Meowant SC02 is the best and safest on the market!! The sensors on the bottom gives your cats weight, and shuts off if they start to go inside it! It doesn't close all the way (like some others do trapping your cat). Very safe! There is one feature that this product has that NO other auto litter boxes have: It's a hard plastic guard (that you place over the guard with the holes that separate the clumps). When you want to change out the old litter to put in fresh litter, you simply attach the hard plastic guard over the one with the holes, and instead of some of the litter going into the holding bin, all the litter will go into the waste can (make sure to empty out the poop first or you will have an overflow problem). Then take out old litter in the bag, add new bag. Clean inside the box and remove the hard plastic guard. Add fresh litter. Simple! Meowant even added a barcode you scan on the right side base of the product, so you can Bluetooth to your phone, how many minutes you want the machine to clean after your cat leaves the box, your cats weight, etc. Meowant has thought of everything they think the customer would want from this product! My cats and I want to thank Meowant for an AWESOME product!!!

Amazing for small to semi medium cats 8lbs or less. No smell and does the job right.
