Good customer service and clear instructions for setup. Whisper quiet just as described. Just a few days in, but so far it’s excellent

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with my litter box 2 of the most occurring things that are happening is that the cat box seems to think there will be a cat in it and there won't be a cat in it and the second thing is most of the time when my cat goes into it to use it and leaves it doesn't detect it leaving and I will have to unplug the box and plug it back in for it to reset and clean itself or I have to continuously go on my app or hit the bun on the box to clean it myself it's getting really annoying not too happy about it

So convenient and no scooping!

Good customer service and it was shipped fast and it works awesome! Great product!

They emailed me about being out of stock of the color I wanted and gave me the option of waiting or just grabbing it in another color. I appreciated that because some places don’t bother updating you and just have you wait. Love the product so far! Much smaller and quieter than the litter robot which I appreciate!

This is the second one I purchased. It is great

Received what was needed.

The replacement grate worked perfectly and was very easy to install.
