okay I had mad anxiety about online breeders cuz my friend had a bad experience before. But this was different, kitten was delivered safe, healthy, chill vibes. Total relief.

I just ordered these litter boxes and so far I am extremely happy. I have 12 cats and they all have used it with no issues.

It smells. I get sick from it.

Review for the Meowant Self-Cleaning Litter Box Model MW-LR01. Purchased this at the beginning of 2025. Ever since I have had the device, the machine makes this ungodly clunking noise every time the globe rotates, like its getting caught on something. So much for nearly silent. This is even with using the correct amount of litter. The decal on the front peeled off right away on its own. Contacted support over the sticker, no response. Also, the basin that holds the rotating globe is leaking urine every time a cat uses the litter box, so urine is pooling in the box and destroying EVERYTHING. The wheels, the magnets, metal components; it is all getting rusted with cat urine. Now my machine has a disgustingly pungent smell that wont go away. Im using the right litter, cleaning it often, etc etc. still happens. I would give it one star if the device didn’t do its job, but only two since I feel like I got scammed with a junk product that barely does what it describes. For around $500 retail with no sales, get a different litter box. I wouldn’t support this brand, they seem to not have good customer service or product inspection. I doubt they’d refund my product or give me a different box.

So far so good, shipping was very quick. I just left the box next to the old one and within 6 days they both are using it (which surprised me). It's quiet and is working as expected. The cost was a nice plus! Customer service reached out to me concerning back order of the bags, and continued to remain in contact providing tips on getting the cats to use it. Has exceeded my expectations.

The box arrived damaged and it took very long after I placed my order. I did not get the extra liners and odor gel and then got an email saying it has a 3 week delay. Very unsatisfied.

Ignored through email correspondence about returning a auto litterbox

I’ve had the litter box set up for almost 2 weeks now. My cat uses it about half the time, she will urinate in the Meowant but nothing else. The product itself was super easy to set up and the app navigation is easy as well. I have noticed that it doesn’t always register that my cat has been in and used it. I have to check it a few times a day and hit the button for a manual clean as it didn’t register the cat and thus didn’t do the auto clean. Also, before buying take note of where you currently have your litter box set up. Mine is in the laundry room with no outlet nearby so I have to either get an outlet installed or run an extension cord.
