My unit has been broken since second month of ownership. I have tried and tried to get customer service to help me .. I have sent video after video and my receipts of purchase and I am not getting anyone to help me. They keep asking for more videos and no one responds at all. I was in the hospital and now the who dialogue is gone.

Updated to add that the company FINALLY provided return instructions on 7/16…but only AFTER I posted this comment. Before that, radio silence after several mesaages (and prior to that everything BUT return instructions. I have been requesting return instructions over and over and not getting that information. Received stalling & runaround answers only from Meowant representatives and it’s beyond unacceptable. You offer a 30-day return, honor it!! Send me the requested return information!! (No phone number to call, just their website & email, both useless.)

Did not receive gel deodorant with order!! Shipping was AWFUL. I know you can’t control UPS, but it took 10 days to receive the shipment.

The idea is phenomenal! Not having to scoop poop is great, but I don’t know if I got a defective unit to be honest. I have switched litter twice now and somehow it won’t level out, it’s as if it’s not rotating down enough to allow the litter to settle evenly. I’m not giving up on it by any means, I am using really good clumping litter but it needs to rotate forward just a bit more to get the litter to move all the way forward. Also, the holes on the grate are too big, and some of the poop goes right through it. Are there different size grates one can choose from? Other than these issues, the waste goes right into the bag without a problem, it’s the leveling I’m having issues with. I love it though, I should have gotten it sooner that’s for sure.

Got a nice discount, prompt shipping by Fed Ex so box arrived in days. Love that has a free 6 month warranty in case of issues. Loved the box and app tells me when I need to clean or check it. So far loving it, great product and price!

I have only received part of my order that I paid for and I am waiting on the other half of my order. I haven’t heard if the item is still on back order or shipped. Ordering on the website was easy. Finding my products was easy. Payment is a bit annoying when using a credit card bc it will take you to two sites to process the payment.

I bought the Meowant Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box - MW-SC02 on June 27, 2025, for $344.10. It arrived fine—but just didn’t work for our cats. No problem, right? Meowant promises a 30-day return policy with no reason required. That promise is a complete lie. When I tried to return it, I got no response. No phone number to call. Just email—and they’ve ignored every message. I’ve followed every step, been patient, and still nothing. It now feels like they’re intentionally stalling to run out the 30-day clock. This is not a legitimate return process. It’s a wall of silence. Do not trust this company. If there’s even a small chance you might need to return the product, look elsewhere. You’ll be stuck with a $344 litter box and zero support.
