Everything was fine and received in a timely manner. Only issue is that I ordered my unit in gray and received a white one. Not that big a deal. I love it and I love the app but still haven’t gotten all three of my cats to use it regularly and one hasn’t used it at all. Hoping they all do soon!

Placed order on June 5th with shipping standard 3-5 nusiness day. After a week i emailed asking when it would ship and was told it was pre-sale and wouldn't ship till after 30 days. When i replyed to ask for refund i was ignored. I emailed several times after askin for updates with no reply.

I love it but my cats are not sure about it?

Apparently have an adult 20-year-old cat and two new kittens and was constantly cleaning the litter box. I purchased one that had a middle sifter and it was a mess getting the clumps of poop stuck out of the grooves of that sifting litter been every morning before work. All I've done in a week and a half is emptied the bin and Make sure it was clean. This thing has cut my litter cleaning time by 95%! I hope it continues to run and lasts for years to come because this machine was a real game changer in my daily routine and the amount of time I had to spend cleaning up after my animals.

After about a week of having this it has been great, once set correctly it operates perfectly and keeps the letterbox sneaky clean. If it keeps on going this way I will gladly recommend it to everyone and all but one cat who is outside most of the time has been using it from the first day.I really like the app that gives the weight, duration of time in the litterbox and how often they use it,plus all the settings can be changed with your phone!
