MeowantReviews of meowant.com

I received the units separately which gave Ninja, Shadow, and me the opportunity to consider the benefits of the first unit (MW-SC01). When the second unit (MW-SC02) arrived, even though it had a larger opening for Ninja and Shadow to enter, we decided the waste collecter was too cumbersome. We were already satisfied with the collection process of the first unit, the MW-SC01. We had purchased the different units because we originally thought that the larger entry would be preferred. Turns out the smaller entry was acceptable and the waste collection was easier.

Beware! I purchased the Meowant SC-02 and had it for 2 days. I wanted to return it. They have no customer service phone number. I am on my 4th day of emailing back and forth and they will not provide an address to return it to even though it is clearly within their return policy. They provide suggestions that I have already tried. I clearly have asked for the return address and they do not provide it. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card at this point.

Works well and is quiet. Only thing I noticed within the first 24hrs is a clump of fecal matter was stuck to the strainer.

Works great, but I wish there was a sensor for the dump bin to let me know when it's full instead of just checking all the time. Also, I wish the area for the cat was larger, because my big boy would have to stay half in half out of it

Love my boxes!!

I purchased 1 of yours and one of your competitors. I have more difficulty with the Meowant : emptying, cleaning and its Smaller.

I bought my first litter robot from Meowant two years ago and it has made cleaning the litter significantly easier. I was also shocked at how willing my senior cats were to use the robot. I still have one regular litter box, but I just bought a second robot with the wider entrance to replace my regular litter box. Shipping is always fast and I have not had a bad experience with Meowant yet!

you charged me full price and it was suposed to be on sale about 300 too much
