The litter box has been set up for 6 days and the cat refuses to use it. I had high hopes, but I think I need to return it.

We originally bought a litter robot but kept having little issues with function. I tried Meowant because of the price and design and just bought my second Meowant for our additional cat. It works great, is easy to clean and had enough space for the cats to be comfortable.

It arrived late but I think that’s FedEx’s fault. It was fairly simple to set up. The app is pretty simple but it took a while to find the info for the app in the set up booklet.

I've only had the machine for 2 days but it's awesome! I cant believe how quiet it is. Our cats were using it within 2 hours of setting it up.

It was easily set up. I have 2 cats 1 uses it inclusively. 1 chooses to still use his outdoor litter box as he is very particular about changing his routine. I do like that it tells me their weight and occurrences. I will continue to encourage Mr Dutton to try the meowant. I'm sure he'll come around eventually.

Good equipment

Horrible product and customer service. The litter debris gets in between the panels and prevents the trash door from latching and staying closed. When I emailed customer service they ever so nicely told me to clean the litter box and use bigger litter. Unacceptable due to the fact I am using Arm & Hammer litter which according to meowant.com..."Brands like“Arm & Hammer” and “Tidy Cats” offer excellent options." Bottom line this automatic box is horrible and I would be better off with a manually box that has to be cleaned incessantly. Product is a ripe off and is not worth $300. Ridiculous!!!
