Great customer service

I’ve only had my meowant 4 days but I’m very pleased. My cat took to it immediately and he’s very intrigued when it moves.

Item is worth the money

I was expecting a sanitary litter box. Instead, I got an unsanitary situation. Every time the litter is sifted the clump stick to the back wall. I tried adjusting my time to allow the clumps more time to form and that does not help. Clumps get stuck in the door going to the trash container and this is just pretty gross to have to deal with. I can’t believe I sold my little robot for this. The only positives are that the box is lower to the ground for entry and operates quietly. This box does not tell you when it is full therefore is not comparable to the litter robot. I also find that the trash compartment needs to be emptied every four days whereas the litter robot could have gone an entire seven days with one cat using it. I wanted an automatic litter box so I didn’t have to scoop daily however I am having to scoop and wipe down the filth stuck everywhere with this one. I also have to deep clean the trash compartment because the design allows for nasty clumps of pee to fall around the sides of the bag. This litterbox is time consuming to clean and unsanitary. If I don’t clean it daily myself I have to worry about clumps of pee and poop falling on my cat while she uses it. I tried using the chat feature to get help and none was provided. 2 stars because of the low entry point and quiet operation. Otherwise no stars.

We have had Meowant for about 1.5 months. I liked our last auto cat litter box (Popur), but this is even better. A bit smaller and definitely lighter. Our 12 lb cat has no issues using the box. Easy to clean (-10 min) once a week. No smell. Less mess (cat litter) around the litter box. Two thumbs up. 😎

This product leaks pee everywhere!!! The customer service is ridiculous and no help! When trying to contact the company they send you through hoop after hoop. The product was hundreds of dollars, they offered a $20 refund. Then moved up to 30. Then went up to a $50 refund but then would only offer it on PayPal which we did not use to purchase. The company then offered to send a replacement but then retracted their offer because of a bad review that was left to warn other customers of this horrible product. This company in no way stands behind their products, and know their products are scams. Do not waste your money with these people. It will be nothing but trouble on your end and paying a “company” your hard earned money for garbage.

I bought two Meows Robot cat litter boxes, and now I’m officially retired from scooping. The cats love it, I love it, and my house smells like victory instead of litter. 10/10 would buy again.
