Purchased the MW-SC02 and love it! Had been using LR4 which has been temperamental. I hesitated on pulling the trigger because 1 of our 2 cats weighs 22ish lbs. We've had it for about 2 weeks now and it has worked beautifully. So much easier to clean! I do have to empty it more frequently but it is so worth it. 🐈🐈⬛️😻

The order came with 3 plastic shields not one, and none of them fit the litter box.

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused. The model you have is SC01, and it doesn't need the plastic shield to empty all litter. We have sent you instructions on how to clean all litter by email. By the way, you did ordered 3 plastic shield from us, we just shipped what you ordered to you. You can check your order information.

So far everything is working great. Easy to put together. I hv 2 litter robots so I hope this one turns out to be as good as they are.

Do not buy this product if you are hoping for a promising return policy. I have two cats and one couldn't get used to it so I tried to return it. Only used for two weeks-Let's remember this is a"self cleaning" machine, but i still cleaned it before sending back. Had to pay$100 to ship back. Heard nothing.... Contacted them. They said it was so dirty it had to be destroyed? No pictures..... No proof..... Now i can't get it back to resell it myself since they destroyed it. Offered me$150 for a $300 machine. Buyer beware! There response never addressed the fact that there wasn't any proof of what they were saying. They destroyed it before giving me options of taking back or just plain old proving what they were saying. My guess is they kept it and didn't honor guarantee if satisfaction. No i wasn't satisfied!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Our return policy requires units to be thoroughly cleaned for hygiene reasons, and unfortunately, this one did not meet the required condition upon arrival. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our process. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out.
