I saw the ad for the Meowant automatic cat litter box on Facebook. Their customer service and product had great reviews. They answer my questions without delay, so I bought one a month ago, and last weekend I purchased the second one. I have only good things to say about the boxes and their customer service. They were easy to setup and pair with my cellphone. They operate quietly and I got them both delivered within two days after my purchases! My cats use them without a problem and there's no more bad smell in the house. I am very happy for not having to take so long and scoop their smelly stuff any longer. Thank you, Meowant Facebook!

The ease of setting up was not very easy and had to click a couple times in place before the unit actually got stable. It is problematic with the cord and where I’m placing it but that’s a meat issue not a U issue. It just would be easier if there were a thicker cord that didn’t attract the cats lol also there is specific type types of litter that it works with and doesn’t work with. I specifically asked if it would work with tuft paw litter. Before calling, and I was given a yes, however it is not great with that. The litter bulks up because it is tofu, and some of it gets stuck to the size and doesn’t always fall in. Also, there is still a remainder of a smell I don’t know if there’s something that I’m doing wrong, but I have to empty it once at the end of the day, which is going to be costly with those bags to take care of because the point was to have the litter maintained so that way, I wouldn’t have to do that. Also, it is not completely spill free litter does come out and that is an issue too. I am trying to rework some issues, but these are a little problems. I am having I have been watching videos and trying to see how other people troubleshoot things to give it a chance, but I’m not extremely happy at this point.

Did not receive a power cord with my prefer. I can not get in contact with the company to have the issue corrected. Emails and phone calls fail. Such a waste of money!

This product did come fast and had easy set up. However I do not recommend if you have a multi cat household. The box is small and it fills up by the end of the day. It smells horrible and everything gets stuck in the sifter. It is not fun cleaning that constantly. I can see it would be nice for one cat though.

I now have 2 automatic litter boxes. One of each. I’m still working on my female cat to get in one of them. I’ve tried all the tricks with no luck. I do like the fact that I don’t have to scoop.

Honestly- I was super skeptical. But we love the litter box. The only adjustments we would maybe encourage would be the weight sensor. It seems like they are a little off. But that isnt a deal breaker for us because it wasn't the main reason we bought it. We LOVE the little air freshener things that came with it, honestly so surprised at how well everything works. So thank you!

Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question.
