I love this beautiful device. It fits right under the guest bathroom towel racks. It’s self cleaning so everything I look there is clean litter. It’s sends notifications whenever the cat uses the device. It has a manual cleaning option as well. This is a well thought out machine that makes owning a cat a lot more simple and the cleaning of the litter box a breeze.

Fast delivery. I love that the litter boxes come with a starter kit with bags and odor control squares. My cats loove it and watch the device turns to empty the box. They were hesitant at first, but with cat attract they got right in! Great product without any problems

I ordered the item 2 weeks before I was going to leave for out of the country. Immediately after ordering I received an email saying the item was out of order and they could substitute with a different style or wait. They were terrible about communicating when the item would be shipped. It arrived 1 day before I left. Cat did not have time to adjust. Would not recommend based on communication with customer

Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration caused and understand how important timing and communication are, especially when you were preparing to travel. We’d like to clarify that your order was successfully delivered and signed for on December 19, and we sent a delivery confirmation email with proof of receipt at that time. In addition, we have emailed you tips and guidance on how to help your cat adjust to the new litter box. Please kindly check your email. That said, we sincerely apologize if our communication did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we are actively working on improving both our response time and clarity in future communications. If you’d like further assistance or have any questions, we’d be more than happy to help.
