Asked for the product address to be changed using the meowant email 5 minutes after I placed the order as I put in the address. Still went to the old address and no follow email. Paid for no product.

Updated - MEOWANT representative offered me $100.00, a partial refund to remove my review. They refused to refund the total amount. I am so disappointed with this litter box, because I spent so much money on it and it definitely does not meet my expectations. I paid $259.00 to constantly clean this box, the walls the mess. The reality is that one cat will use it, and one will urinate in the box with just her back feet in the box. She is 14 lbs. She will spray urine and it will drip down the back of the box. The cleaning thing starts, the litter is pasted to the back walls and gives me more work to do. I am constantly having to scrape litter of the walls and wipe down walls. She will not poop in the box at all. She will go outside the box, right next to it. It's been 3 months. I have spoken to the reps and followed their suggestions, and nothing has worked. I am now cleaning the box more than I would her old box and I have paid a lot of money for this privilege. The part that really makes this the worst box is that when I remove the bag, before I can put the new bag in, the cleaning cycle starts without warning and spills the litter everywhere. More mess! So it has to be turned off when you empty the bag. I did talk to the rep about returning this. They made sure to inform me that if it is not perfectly clean when returned that I will not be getting a refund. The return window is 30 days. I had been emailing with them for 2 weeks before they responded. This is the worst experience I have had purchasing this litter box for my cats. This does not work as advertised and I intend to put a video review for all the other people to see, so they won't waste their money on this! I am totally disgusted. I definitely have buyer's remorse!

Easy to order. Multiple payment options including PayPal which I prefer. Quick turnaround time. I placed the order on Feb 25 and received the product on the 28th. It was so quick that I never got a shipped email lol.

Item broke 31 days after receiving it. Contacted them immediately. They have been playing games every since. Ask me to do ridiculous things to get the unit to operate. Have sent them videos showing it does NOTHING, and I've never been able to get the app to work. They take forever to respond, no phone number, and probably AI responding back. Over a month with a broken SC03. They WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. The biggest scam out there designed as litter box. PayPal was no help either, so shame on them 👎 AVOID AVOID AVOID

The Meowant SC01 automatic litterboxes have changed my life! From spending roughly 5 hours a week scooping litter (two boxes, one upstairs, one down, once daily) to 10 minutes a week with the occasional full wash down of the two automatic litterboxes... the difference in my free time and scheduling cannot be understated. Nor can the benefit to of the boxes to my cats! Everytime they go, it's clean for them and they don't have to spend 20 minutes digging to find a 'good' spot if they're not doing their business immediately after I cleaned it. Additionally, we also decided to try the DF01 Waterfountain and it's made keeping fresh, clean water available for our cats all week (The 13L actually last about two weeks before we have to refill) whenever they want it. They also enjoy drinking out of it far more than the basic water dishes we had previously. And the cost of purchasing litter bags is negligible in the long run, because 20 bags, even with 2 boxes, lasts 10 weeks (two and a half months!!) Taking a chance on Meowant and their litter boxes a year ago was the best thing to happen to my and my cat's lives as a cat-family. Seriously, it will take maintaining litter boxes from a daily chore to an afterthought once a week.

So far so good. I’ve only had the litter box for a few days but my cats seem to like it. I know I do!!! I’m saving myself time having to clean up after them every morning.
