Fast shipping easy process to order

I order a Cat box that is on back order for 1 month, however it is over 1 month and still haven’t received the order. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times because there isn’t a phone number to call and I still haven’t received an email back . They can’t tell me when my order will be shipped out , they don’t respond to the multiple emails that were sent . The customer service team is horrible so if anybody decides to order from this company and has an issue, I promise you you will not hear back from customer service. They do not deal with any of their customers problems so therefore I have to leave an awful review.

Great product! I have two and just ordered a third one. My previous automatic litter box (different brand) was issue prone and I just got tired of the constant hassle. I’m a year in with my Meowant litter boxes and so far so good!

Ordered the new robot and it arrived within two days! Set up was easy and my cats love it! So much easier and more Reliable than the other outrageously priced litter robot brand! I have had another Meowant litter robot along with the Whisker for over a year. I have not had a minutes trouble from Meowant! Easy to clean and always reliable!!

Quick shipping. My 20 pound cat loves using a fresh and clean potty every time. I love not having to clean every time he has to go. It's also very quiet. I'm amazed and very happy!! So glad I purchased this.

So far so good. Very nicely designed and built. Very easily assembled and so far the cats are using it. The app is very easy to setup as well.
