The original package was returned by the carrier due to “cannot locate recipient.” After receiving your message, we arranged a replacement shipment for you. The new package is currently in transit, and the tracking number has already been shared with you via email. Please feel free to check your inbox for the details.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Our team replied the next day, but by that time the order had already been shipped. Since the package was sent via USPS, unfortunately it cannot be intercepted or rerouted once in transit.
