First time i have ordered something online and the box wasn't beaten up. Very professional

Product shipped quickly. All is OK.

So far I love this! Shipped fast, set up easy, and the recommmended 15 minute time to schedule clean after cat leaves box was perfect to not scare off. All 4 cats are using. I haven’t had long enough to review the deep clean, but this seems so much easier for us.

the product is simple to set up and it takes care of business.

They offer free returns and never send shipping label. They have no phone # and have terrible customer service. The litter sticks to the top and sides so it has to be scraped and scooped-which is exactly what the customer is not supposed to have to do! SCAM! $$$$ to ship back because the company doesn't honor their own return policy! DON'T BUY!!! Defective item! Cats won't use because litter is hanging over their heads. The company tells you to adjust timer just so they don't have to honor warranty! DON'T BUY!!! THEIR REPLIES ARE LIES!

I got my order fast! And my cats are already using it. It is not a big box, and its is perfect because i have very limited space in my bathroom.

Everything was great! My only issue would be the inaccuracies of the tracking, as it doesn't update until long after the product has been received. I know this has far more to do with shipping carrier than Meowant, though.

This is the third one we have bought for our 5 cats. They all work wonderfully.
