GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THE LITTER BOXESD ARE AMAZING

I had been searching for a robot litter box for awhile. I am one of those people that does tons of research before buying anything. My coworker shared she bought a Meowant and it was a game changer for her. After a few months, I finally pulled the plug and bought the SC02 for my sons two cats that stay with us 70% of the time. I am so happy I did. We've had it just about 1 week and have to say, best money spent on a "litter box". We have a collection of regular boxes now that will be donated to SPCA or a cat rescue. Set up was easy and my son followed the suggested 15 minute wait time before the clumped litter is moved to the bin area. The SC02 is super quiet and very efficient keeping the litter clean. And the $$ my son will save on litter is incredible. He installed the app and gets notifications when his cats use the SC02... and clean up is a breeze. So glad I finally pulled the plug and bought a Meowant. I highly recommend this product. Ordering was simple with fast delivery time.

Customer service would not respond when I wanted to make a return

First time having a cat in my home. First time trying out a self cleaning cat litter box. This was a great buy. It was delivered quickly. I love that it cleans itself after the cat relieves itself. No smell. A small amount of the sand from the litter box does come out even though I purchased the mat to go underneath the box. However, not a problem. I am very satisfied with this product.

It was for my mother and her cats and I gave it to her to set up. She got everything ready and set up but didn't know how to make it automatically clean after the cat exited. We weren't sure if it needed Wifi or something like that for it to operate. We just push the button to clean it, but besides that everything else was perfect. Thank you!

I received my order but only partially. I purchased 2 bags of cat litter and 60 liners. I didn't get the cat litter and only 20 liners. The machine itself is perfect and I love the aesthetics of it but I can't have the cat use it until I can get out and buy litter because I didn't receive mine with my order. I emailed customer service and they’ve reached out to advise the litter and liners were shipped separately. So that makes me feel a lot better!

This is my second MeoWant litter robot. I bought this one for my son. Having started out with the huge, expensive original litter robot, when I got a new kitten, I decided to try yours out and I love it, especially using Fresh Step crystals litter. So easy and no smell!

It arrived in a timely manner & commuication was good.
