Legitimately upset. Waited weeks for the SC-10, only to receive it with a pretty key missing part. Not to mention the unfortunate lax response on whatever platform I try. I'm pregnant and very much needed to get this product to help me keep up with my felines. Now I'm trying to decide if I just want to return the product out of sheer frustration. I hope customer service responds soon with some kind of resolution....

Customer service was great. I was getting this for my mom who is 72. And they did not make her wait in any way whatsoever. Tina was kind, courteous and understanding. You don't find that much anymore ,it arrived in good timing for my mom and she was so happy. Thank you so much. I would recommend you to anybody as I already have

Easy Assembly and Great Size It was very easy to put together and although it is big in size, the smaller one we had before was too small for our growing kitten.

Like the product

I put it together. It turned on for a few seconds, then completely stopped. Trouble-shooting failed. I have a bulky litter device that doesn’t work at all and I haven’t been able to reach anyone at Meowant. (10/8 Response to below reply: I JUST received your reply and am about to respond. It alerted on my phone 2 minutes ago.)

SC10 is Working well with the large open top. I have 4 cats and 2 are rather large, 22 & 30 lbs. They don't like confined place to do business. I only wish the clean litter area held more litter, my cats like to dig. It is high so I had to make a platform for them to stand on getting in and out. Also I think the liter filter could have tighter slots to catch the smaller pieces of litter. I might try and add a 1/4" screen to see how that might work. With my large cats there is large poop and a lot of pee. I have a empty the waste bin twice a week even with the large size, but it is very easy to do. It is very quite, I have to laugh though when the waste bin is empty you can hear the waste drop in.

I have very big cats over 8 years old. Didnt think they would use it. So i tried and they did use it. I have the SC10. I have 3 cats. I just bought one more SC10 because my cats have same bathroom schedules. Only down fall is it is to tall. One of my cat is unable to jump. Made a home made ramp.
