Excited to receive the larger box!!! I already have the smaller one and love it!!

So far everything . My cats love it, it was quick to ship, the machine is quiet, and the safety features are perfect.

One week in and 3 out of 4 cats are using it. It’s quiet, clean up is a breeze, and I am already buying a second. The second is for a cat who lives in the garage…I am pleased enough with the first one, she will get one too.

The order was filled and shipped in three days,very satisfied.

It works for a couple of times but the litter is immediately getting trapped in the trash can. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

At no fault of the company except for using a certain shipping company. The second item did finally arrive a day later. The box was very damaged but the item was not surprisingly. The cat box is as described. Seems to do fine. I would order from this company again but only if they changed shipping carrier. It's constant problems with them. Again! No defect of the product or company.
